RS-7400 E - Outdoor Wood Furnaces
The process of outdoor wood burning has reached a whole new era
with the next generation of outdoor wood
furnaces. With an emissions
rating of 0.31 Lbs/Mil BTU the new RS-7400 E passes EPA standards set
for 2011.
Using
a NEW process of gasification this outdoor wood furnace burns
creosote and gases created during the burning of wood.
These two byproducts
of outdoor wood burning normally passes out the chimney
in the form of harmful emissions.
However, with our NEW gasification
process the temperature in the outdoor wood furnaces reach a level
where creosote
and gases are virtually eliminated.
The final results of our NEW gasification combustion process is more
heat
from less wood, less ash and far fewer emissions emanating from
the outdoor wood furnace chimney.
Welcome to one
of the cleanest outdoor wood furnaces on the market.
How It Works -
The NEW Gasification Process
Our new gasification process is a long researched and proven solution to the
voluntary EPA’s OWHH Program. This program encourages manufacturers to
improve air quality of their outdoor
wood furnaces by developing a cleaner,
more efficient system.
The RS-7400 E achieves a cleaner, higher efficient
burn by drawing gases,
produced by the fire, down through the blue flames and charcoal bedding
where it is recombusted.
Once recombustion has occurred, the air flow
becomes super heated then forced to slowly pass through a specially
designed
chamber, dispersing this extra heat into the water jacket. This final
step of heat exchange only allows a harmless amount
of emissions to escape
the chimney.
